Who runs ExamHub
ExamHub is run by Vyra Systems for the schools that use it. Your school decides who gets an account.
What we keep
Names, usernames and roles; the school, class and subjects of each account; exam and practice answers, marks and results; links between guardians and students; sign-in records and a log of changes; and technical records of exam connections (for example, failed saves) to find problems.
Why we keep it
To run exams and practice, mark answers, show results and reports to students, guardians, teachers and school leaders, keep the system safe and fix problems. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
A student sees their own work. Guardians see the students linked to them. Teachers see their classes and subjects. Principals and supervisors see their schools. Vyra Systems staff can see data to run and support the system.
AI tools
Some tools (writing questions, checking answers, marking written answers) send text to an AI provider (currently Anthropic). Only the question, the answer text and the marking guide are sent. Before sending, we remove email addresses, phone numbers, national ID numbers and the name of the student whose work it is. We cannot remove a name or number that a person writes inside an answer in some other form.
Where it is stored
The database and files are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt (Germany). The website runs on Google Cloud in the Netherlands. This may change; this page will say so.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your display choice (look and colours). No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask to see your data, to correct it, or to delete it when it is no longer needed. Ask the school principal or Vyra Systems.
